Verify a leaf
Paste a leaf hash. This returns its inclusion proof against the current head — and the exact steps to check that proof yourself, in any verifier that speaks RFC 6962.
A leaf hash is the 0x… sha256 in any row of the log. This page carries out the same request a machine makes to /api/v1/public/notary?proof=inclusion&hash=….
No leaf with that hash is in the log
The hash is well-formed but the log holds no leaf for it. Three honest reasons look identical here: the record was never notarised, the protocol that holds it opted the record out, or it is new — a property’s changelog and shipped entries fold after that property deploys, on the next scheduled fold. A transparency log cannot be queried to prove a leaf was withheld — the same rule that makes a private org indistinguishable from a missing one.
Checked against the current head of size 10963. If the leaf was sealed after this deploy, it appears once the next fold ships.
